Access Guide is an introduction to digital accessibility - specifically to help understand Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG).

Blog entry on 06 July 2021: "The much anticipated First Public Working Draft of the W3C Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 3.0 was recently released, with ongoing calls for feedback as the Working Draft develops. Showcasing a new structure, a new naming convention and promising a more understandable, easier to digest set of guidelines. These guidelines are expected to be far more inclusive and look beyond web content."

Am 28. Juni 2025 tritt das Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSGV in Kraft. Es enthält z.B. Regelungen zu E-Books, E-Readern und für den E-Commerce-Bereich. Seit 2022 gibt es auch eine Konkretisierung durch die Verordnung zum Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSGV.
